Community Health
Measles outbreaks have been reported across multiple US states. Measles is highly contagious and can cause serious health complications.
The best way to protect against measles is with the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine. Two doses of MMR vaccine are about 97% effective at preventing measles; one dose is about 93% effective.
Fortunately, no cases have been reported at this time in Massachusetts. Moreover, Bentley adheres to state guidance by requiring student MMR immunization and our compliance rate is excellent.
